Our staff partners in our mission to serve children of Christian families in Whatcom County. They help us provide Christian education of high academic quality that promotes authentic Christian character among students who will then impact the world for Christ.

The School Board of Bellingham Christian Schools consists of eleven members, elected by the Association, who hold office for three years.  The Board is responsible for the long-term vision and success of the school. It does so by providing strategic and spiritual leadership, establishing the mission, hiring and supporting the Head of Schools, planning for the future through strategic planning and financial management, and providing the resources needed for the mission to succeed.  The Board meets in full each month, and committee work is done during the month.  Committees include Curriculum, Building & Grounds, Finance, Safety, Marketing, Policy, and Nominations.

All of these efforts are the supporting work necessary to empower the administration and staff to serve as effective partners with our families and their individual local churches. The Board works to aid in the educational, social, and spiritual development of the students, with the shared desire that each child would more deeply know and apply the infinite value of the life-giving good news of what God has done in Jesus Christ, through the power of the Spirit.
