Emma Cline

I graduated from Lynden Christian School in 2008 and from Calvin College in 2012.  I graduated with a B.A. in Elementary Education with minors in Spanish and Fine Arts.  I am so excited to use my minors at ECS by teaching Spanish and Art.  I am also excited to aide in the preschool classroom.

From first grade on, I knew that I wanted to be a teacher and I know that God has been working in me from a young age to instill a passion for teaching and working with children.  I feel incredibly blessed to have been teaching at ECS.  I enjoy getting to watch children learn more about God and what His plans are for their lives. My goal when working with children is that they will get to know God better through everything that they do, and ECS is a great place for that!

I live in Lynden with my husband Greg and we attend Christ the King Community Church in Bellingham.  When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, spending time in God’s creation, drinking coffee, and anything to do with art!

Emma is joining the BCS staff in 2019 as a kindergarten teacher.
