I am so blessed to be on staff here at Bellingham Christian School. I was so fortunate to attend BCS as a student from K-8th grade. I graduated from Western Washington University with a BA in elementary and special education and started teaching in 2018. Throughout college I had many opportunities working with children in various ministries and early childhood environments, including starting out my teaching career as a kindergarten teaching in Pullman, WA.  I am so excited to continue to wholeheartedly share in the BCS mission statement: to provide high quality learning experiences and to serve our families as we promote authentic Christian character with our students so that they impact the world for Christ today and in the future.

My husband, Jared,  who also attended BCS as a student and I have been married since 2019 and we live in Bellingham. When we have free time, you will find us out on hikes and walks. We love to camp and be outdoors as much as possible. I love spending time with my family and friends and enjoy gardening, biking, and buying way too many plants!

My favorite Bible verse is Psalm 143:8 – “Let the morning bring word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.
